The details and timings below help us capture all the events and emotions of your day in the best way possible. We understand that every wedding day is unique and subject to change on the day (especially the weather) so the below is only a guide.

Our main aim is to ensure you enjoy your day exactly the way you both want to while we concentrate on making sure your photos are a collection of beautiful memories you can treasure for years to come.  We have a relaxed approach, shooting most of the day in a documentary style as if we are not even there! We try to capture you and your guests in the moment enjoying yourselves and telling the story of your wedding day. We do make time for some group shots and aim for two short couple shoots with yourselves but we want these to be as laid back as possible and just another part of the day for you to enjoy.

PREPARATIONS
3 hours before the ceremony: Normally Tom drops Zoe with the bride then drives to the groom.

How will you both be travelling from your preparation locations to ceremony? What time do you each plan to leave to go to the ceremony? Normally Zoe travels in the same transport as the bride/bridal party, please confirm if there is room to do so?

Please provide as much detail as possible about timings and events planned for your reception. Such as drinks reception, any food, any events or entertainment, any timings provided by your planner/venue. Reception room name if applicable.
Please provide a list of group shots you require, this will help us run through them efficiently on the day. Due to the time it takes, we recommend no more than 10 so it does not take away time from the enjoyment of your reception and our natural, candid photography of you and your guests. Please also consider assigning someone from your family or wedding party who knows everyone who can help us with the group shots on the day.
MAIN COUPLE SHOOT
We normally aim for your main couples shoot to be between your ceremony and the main meal, often the best time is just before your meal whilst guests are sitting down. This only needs to be a short 20-30 minutes of your day. (If the weather is changeable we may suggest a better time on the day or a longer shoot in the evening time)
Not a problem if not, it is just so we know to bring along a meal for ourselves!
Are you having any speeches? If so how many and are they planned for before or after your meal?
Please provide as much detail as possible about timings and events planned for your evening. Such as entertainment, food, cake. Evening room name if applicable.
2ND COUPLE SHOOT
We normally aim for a second short couples shoot during the evening. We are flexible with the time of this shoot and often only need 10 minutes. We ideally aim for during the last hour before sunset when the light is normally warmer and golden and fingers crossed we catch a great sunset too! We will keep an eye on the light and advise on the best time on the day. We may also suggest a night time flash shot with you depending on the venue/timings.
An approximate time is ok. Please note our finish time is 30 minutes after your first dance (9pm latest finish time unless discussed with us)
Please provide a couple of contact numbers for yourselves and your bride and groom party. These are just in case we need to get in contact on the way to your wedding or between venues. If you have a wedding coordinator please also provide their name and contact details.
If you wish, please list some of your suppliers/designers/shops that you have used for your day/outfits (and website/Instagram links if possible) We love to know who we are working with on the day and where your bought things like your dress. We love to promote them on social media posts and our website blog, it also inspires other brides! This can include: Dress (designer and shop), suit, shoes/accessories, videographer, entertainment, flowers, hair and make up. We also love to hear about anything you have made yourself or anything personal to you.
If possible, please provide a list of first names of your wedding party (and any significant guests) This helps us on the day to know who is who. (if you have done this as part of your group shots above, there is no need to repeat this here!) Parents, children, bridesmaids, groomsmen, bestmen and chief bridesmaids etc
If you have any other specific requirements or any queries, please list them below or speak to us before the day. These can include any events/times not included above or any specific shots you need to let us know about such as confetti/sparklers, someone seeing you in your dress for the first time, gifts to each other or any other unique events in your day.
