-Your names and contact details: Postal address, Telephone Numbers, Email Addresses
-Date and location addresses for your wedding day.
-We may also ask for some names and contact details for key wedding guests on your day
Who collects and has access to this information?
Only the About Today Photography team, Zoe and Tom Holliday collect and can access your information. Our dog Ripley can’t read!
How do we collect this information?
Information is collected directly from you only:
Contact form via our website to a secure email inbox.
Any correspondence between yourselves and ourselves (email / phone call / text / in person)
Pre wedding questionnaire via our website to a secure email inbox.
What do we do use this information for?
Information on the contact form is only used to respond to your enquiry.
If you chose to book, any further information we collect from you is used to process the booking and for use on your wedding day.
We only share data with third parties where there is a Legitimate Interest in doing so.
How do we store this information?
All services that we use to store your information are fully secure, password protected and GDPR compliant (This includes our email provider, website, online contracts, online galleries and online drive storage)
All computers, mobile devices and hard drives we use to store your information are stored securely in our home and password protected.
Any paper copies are stored in a folder in our home office. The only situation a paper copy leaves the house is at a meeting with yourself, your pre wedding shoot or wedding day and it remains safely on our persons or in a locked car.
Any paper documents no longer required are shredded by our dog Ripley (only kidding we do have a proper shredder)

On our website we occasionally provide links to other websites, such as wedding blogs and other suppliers. We have no control over such websites and are not responsible for the content of these websites. This privacy policy does not extend to your use of such websites. You are advised to read the privacy policy or statement of other websites prior to using them.
Consent and use of photos:
We only use your images in the following ways:
-Delivered to you as a gallery (online and USB) photo album or prints.
-Our website, blog and social media and for our own marketing material
-Features on other websites such as wedding blogs.
When shooting a wedding we work on the basis of “assumed consent” of a persons photo being taken and published. At any point before or after a wedding, you or your guests have to right to contact us and withdraw consent for your photo to be taken or published.
Your GDPR rights:
You have the right of confirmation, access, rectification and erasure of your data at any time.
